Once chosen the rest should be easy.

This is the number one, most important part of any online marketing business. If you don't advertise then how are people going to know you are around. And the best thing most of it is for FREE. That's right FREE

Tell your friends, Your family, Anyone you can about your website. The Magic is Word of Mouth. This could be by Face to face, Email, Phone call etc.

2. Setup a Sig file:
This part is the easiest of all tasks to do. The idea behind this is to make yourself available to people in your industry with your thought and ideas.
Join a Forum (Preferably a Home Based Business Forum) and give your advise to people about a topic of interest. When joining a forum I found that when you sign up (For FREE) they ask you for a signature. That is where you want to put your link back to your website. Put a little slogan that will catch there eye. This will continue to drive traffic back to your business FOR EVER .
