Welcome,
The reason I am writing this blog is to inform most of you where in the world I am and what am I currently doing. For most who dont know me I am associated with a Global comapany called Agel Enterprises. Through Agel I have been able to persue my dream of retiring early in life and enjoy what life has to offer.
I have been Networking my way around the world for the past 8 months and have met some amazing people. Through these connections I have been able to grow my team of Networkers to span five different countries worldwide. I have ads in Google, Yahoo and numerous search engines through out the internet. I have my own blogs which I try to do monthly. I also enjoy talking to people in forums and on live chat rooms.
You see this is the amazing thing about the internet. You can meet so many people that have soo much in common with you and you dont have to leave your house.
Over the next three months my goal in Agel is to reach Director and above. Will I achieve this position. Time will tell. Stay tuned to find out more on Finding Dean.

Network Marketings Darkest Secret
Network Marketing is a great way to meet new and exciting people from all around the world who are interested in the same thing as you. That same thing is MAKING LOTS OF MONEY.
You may have made friends in places that you thought weren't even possible like Myspace, Direct Matches or even on Forums. I personally have people I network with everyday, from America, Canada, Australia to even South Africa that I have met through the above places.
As time has gone on and the more I kept in contact with my new friends, the more I started to notice how people in this industry worked. Most will love to help you..... but for something in return.
So what do 99% of us have that we can return for money making help.
I started to sratch my head, I had NOTHING, hardly anything to share with these seasoned networkers.
Until that nothing became something. I discovered I could sell my own network marketing idea back to them. Sell the very thing that they we were selling me.
This is Crazy I told myself. Nobody can make a living from this kind of tactic, so dont even bother. Most of the people in networking are looking for ways to promote there businesses to people other than you and me (seasoned Networkers).
So as the light went off in my head I finally realised what my mission was for me to promote my business. If I was to success on the internet, succeed in Network Marketing then I would have to search for the very thing that everbody else was looking for.
A bloody BIG BRICK to kill this dam computer so I could be set freeeeeeeeeee from this hell I have found myself in.

The hardest part in Network Marketing is choosing a company.
Once chosen the rest should be easy.
Right. Wrong.
I have written this blog so others can follow what I have found works and what helps pay the bills once you start your own online campaign for your own home based business.
1. Advertising:
This is the number one, most important part of any online marketing business. If you don't advertise then how are people going to know you are around. And the best thing most of it is for FREE. That's right FREE
Tell your friends, Your family, Anyone you can about your website. The Magic is Word of Mouth. This could be by Face to face, Email, Phone call etc.
2. Setup a Sig file:
This part is the easiest of all tasks to do. The idea behind this is to make yourself available to people in your industry with your thought and ideas.
Join a Forum (Preferably a Home Based Business Forum) and give your advise to people about a topic of interest. When joining a forum I found that when you sign up (For FREE) they ask you for a signature. That is where you want to put your link back to your website. Put a little slogan that will catch there eye. This will continue to drive traffic back to your business FOR EVER .
